Certified Yoga Instructor

Carrie became a 200HR certified yoga instructor in 2019, with specialties in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Chair Yoga, along with additional training in Breathwork and Meditation.

She began her yoga journey in 2012, teaching herself arm balances and falling in love with the strength and focus of handstands and headstands.

Her classes blend mindful movement, strength, and accessibility—designed to help you feel strong, confident, and at home in your body.

Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, Carrie’s goal is to inspire and support you on your fitness and yoga journey.
