With over 15 years in fitness, Sarah brings a supportive, results-driven approach to training. She is a NICU Nurse Practitioner and a Vanderbilt graduate, giving her a strong foundation in human health, safety, and performance.

As an NPC Fit Model competitor, she specializes in women’s fitness, muscle building, fat loss, toning, and conditioning—while also helping beginners feel comfortable, confident, and properly aligned through a strong emphasis on form.

Sarah’s approach is centered on meeting clients where they are and building sustainable progress over time. Whether the goal is improved confidence, better movement, or body composition changes, she creates structured, thoughtful sessions that prioritize safety, consistency, and long-term results.
